Welcome to Rozana Bakery! Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery for our delicious products.

1. Delivery Areas

  • Local Delivery: We deliver cream cakes, designer cakes, and food items within our city.

  • Nationwide Delivery: Cookies, dry cakes, and select gift hampers are delivered across India to all PIN codes supported by Shiprocket courier partners.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Orders:

    • Preparation times are specified on individual product listings.

    • Same-day delivery is available for select items.

    • Next-day delivery applies to certain food items and cakes.

    • Large designer cakes require a minimum of 3-4 days for preparation and delivery.

    • Customers can select from available delivery time slots based on the earliest availability.

  • Nationwide Orders:

    • Cookies and dry cakes are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Please note: Orders placed after 8 PM will be scheduled for the next day.

3. Delivery Charges

  • For Cakes and Food:

    • Within a 5km range:

      • Free delivery for orders above ₹500.

      • ₹50 delivery fee for orders below ₹500.

    • Within a 10km range:

      • Free delivery for orders above ₹1500.

      • ₹150 delivery fee for orders below ₹1500.

    • Beyond 10km: ₹250 flat delivery fee.

  • For Large Designer Cakes (Special Collection):

    • ₹500 delivery fee within a 10km range.

    • ₹1000 delivery fee beyond 10km (delivered via car).

4. Handling and Packaging

We ensure all products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. No additional charges apply for standard packaging.

5. Special Instructions

  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery location during the selected time slot.

  • For large designer cakes, delivery may require specific arrangements to ensure the product arrives intact.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Modifications or cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
